I am committed to equality and diversity, and I offer psychotherapy and counselling to a broad range of clients. I have successfully completed training in and have offered therapy to clients who require a British Sign Language (BSL) or mother tongue language interpreter.
I successfully completed my psychotherapy and counselling training at the School of Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent's University (formerly Regent's College) in London, and, completed further specialist training as a Master Practitioner for Eating Disorders at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in Surrey. My primary therapeutic approach is Existential, however, I also apply strands from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where most beneficial to clients.

I have provided individual and group therapies within a range of NHS and charitable services, as well as within the private sector. I have worked as a Director of therapeutic services, as well as delivering specialist psychotherapy for sexual and domestic violence services, and addiction, self-harm and suicide prevention services within Camden and also Islington, North London. I also currently offer my skills for independent consultancy psychotherapy work for an award-winning London based psychotherapy service, working with clients with a wide variety of issues. These experiences have meant I have been fortunate to have worked with people with all kinds of problems, from all walks of life.
I am UKCP registered and adhere to the UKCP code of ethics. I am also a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA). I am committed to continued personal and professional development and attend clinical supervision as part of best practice.
